I'm Erica - a former professional ballerina who understands the pressure, precision and passion it takes to perform at your best.
At age 21, I had to step away from the studio due to injury.
But I didn't leave the world of ballet - I went on to teach at many dance schools, including Sarasota Ballet - guiding dancers to move better, perform stronger, and prevent injury.
Now, I've combined my experience in ballet and personal training to help dancers elevate their technique, increase longevity, and stay injury free.
