ABOUT THE TRAINER
Hi there!
My Name is Erica Raver. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer located in Sarasota, Florida.
A little bit about myself... I was formerly a professional ballerina who got to travel and dance all over the world. But with an imbalance in my muscles and a sprinkle of genetics, I had reoccurring knee injuries which forced me out of the dancing industry at age 21. Followed by my dance career, naturally I went to be a dance instructor/teacher for about 5 years. More recently, I was also an Orangetheory coach here in Florida! This position taught me a lot about client connection and honestly, I learned a lot about myself outside of the dance industry. Talk about character development!!
My training programs reflect a lot of what I've been through in the past. I focus on sustainability, functionality and overall injury prevention. I love to work with a variety of clients from athletes/dancers, clients looking for weight loss/toning, and those who are looking for overall guidance to achieve optimal health and fitness.
My workout programs feature progressive training, and highlights from the optimum training model.
My goal is long term results and long term health. I want to help you become a better, stronger, more confident version of you. Let's find balance in our lives!

Sculpt & Strength is a 6-week, 4-day/week strength program designed to help you build lean muscle, define your physique, and feel powerful in your body.
This isn’t random workouts thrown together. It’s structured, progressive training that blends muscular endurance, functional strength, balance, and smart overload so you actually see and feel results.
Made for women who already train-but want more direction, more intention, and more challenge. Perfect if you don’t need a trainer holding your hand… but you do want a clear plan to follow.
